Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy

Can I Return My Item(s)?

At this time, we do not offer returns. Instead, we provide store credits or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item. For more information on how to exchange your item(s), please see "Start Your Exchange" and "Shipping Your Return."

 

Start Your Exchange

Before initiating the return process, ensure that the item(s) meet our return guidelines:

Return Window: Please return the item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: The item must be in new condition, with tags still attached, unworn, and unwashed. It should be returned in its original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept items that have been washed or worn. Additionally, items purchased in a physical store, final sale items (including clearance and giveaways) are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. To initiate a store credit or exchange, please contact us at info@KRONK.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a coupon code to place a new order. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs on the new order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping Your Exchanged Item(s)

After you initiate your exchange and it is accepted, we will provide you with a coupon code to place a new order. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs on the new order. We will not resend a new item until the incorrect or faulty item is on its way back to us.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@KRONK.com. In most cases, we will provide a return label for you to send back the incorrect or faulty item. We will not resend a new item until the incorrect or faulty item is on its way back to us.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that were purchased in a physical store, on sale items, giveaways, or items purchased using gift cards.
