WHERE DID KRONK GET ITS COLORS?


On this Memorial Day as we give our respect and gratitude for all those who made the ultimate sacrifice.


It was the summer of 1971, KRONK boxers Wilson Bell and Edward Gatson came home to Detroit on leave from the USMC and gave Emanuel Steward a USMC robe as a gift. Up until then KRONK was blue and gold. The colors officially changed to GOLD, BLUE and RED.
